Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) along with the original packing slip or order confirmation email.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
