How does the Return process work?

  • Returns are only allowed for apparel, but only if the product is defective. Size exchanges are not accepted.
  • Customized merchandise cannot be returned or refunded.
  • In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items, it must be communicated to Squadian within 3 days upon the Delivery of the product. 
  • To initiate a return or refund, contact us via email at or WhatsApp at +919258670292 with your Order ID and Picture of the defective product.
  • We don’t offer a pickup service, so you need to ship the product back to us on your own.

What Are The Terms and Conditions For a Refund?


  • If you want to cancel your order before it’s sent out, we’ll refund your money within 1-2 days.
  • If you cancel after the product has been shipped, we’ll refund you after we get the package back. But, we’ll subtract the shipping fee from your refund.

Defective/Damaged in Transit:

  • If our team confirms that your product is defective or was damaged during shipping, you can choose to get a refund in your bank account or as reward points, whichever you prefer.

Wrong/Missing Products:

  • If you receive damaged items or the wrong products, we’ll happily exchange them or refund the full amount you paid. We’ll do this after we get the products back and check their quality.

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

What are the terms of the Return Policy?

  • You can return defective clothing within 3 days after it’s been delivered to you.
  • If the accessories like Mugs you got is defective, you don’t have to send it back. Just take pictures of it and send them to us on WhatsApp.
  • The clothes you’re returning must be in their original condition. That means they shouldn’t be used, damaged, worn, washed, or packed differently, or we won’t accept the return. Keep them safe to avoid damage while sending them back.
  • We can’t refund the handling charges for Cash On Delivery orders.
  • For hygiene reasons, if it’s clear that you’ve worn, washed, or dirtied the item, we might not accept the return.
  • Cash On Delivery charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If it’s obvious that you’ve worn, washed, or soiled the item, we might not accept the return.
